A home needs a sofa every day, and a guest bed only now and then. Son&Bear's extendable sofas and sofa beds are made to be both: a sofa where the family comes together, and a bed for the guests who stay. Each one opens into a daybed or a bed for the night, at a single touch, with one pull, or by rearranging its pieces.
Son&Bear's electric extendable sofas extend at a single touch. With the Electric Extendable, the Klara and the Andrea go from 110 cm deep, and the Anderson from 106 cm, to 160 cm, so each one works as an electric sofa bed. A manual extendable sofa needs no motor: the Manual Extendable on the Klara, Anderson, Bellingham, Casillas, Devon and Mason opens with one pull. The FuturaFlex and the Flowerdale are hybrids that move from sofa by day to lounger or bed by night.
In an HDB flat or a condominium, an extendable sofa can be the guest room the home does not always have. Plan for the depth it reaches when open as well as its length, and leave clear floor in front of the seat. Check your doorways, lift and corridors against the dimensions on each product page. Straight sofas run from 140 to 335 cm long, and the Klara and the Anderson also come as L-shapes whose seats extend into a lounger or a daybed.
If you would like a leather sofa bed, every model here comes in the Eco-Series leathers: Eco-Lux, Eco-Tex and Eco-Prime. They are the only materials we call pet-friendly. They are scratch-resistant and water-resistant, and they clean with a damp cloth. Each one carries a three-year limited warranty on the frame structure and the movable mechanism. On the electric Klara, Anderson and Andrea, including both L-shapes with electric extension, the Smart Sofa option adds voice control and a USB charging port.
Visit our Ubi showroom to try the electric Klara on the floor and feel every fabric on the swatch wall before you decide.
An Electric Extendable extends at a single touch, and on the Klara one wireless six-button remote controls every electric movement. A Manual Extendable opens with one pull and has no motor. The Klara, Anderson, Bellingham, Casillas, Devon and Mason come in both versions, though the electric Bellingham, Casillas, Devon and Mason come in Double widths only. The Andrea and both L-shapes extend electrically.
The electric Klara and Andrea are 110 cm deep, the electric Anderson is 106 cm deep, and all three reach 160 cm when open. The manual Klara is 110 cm deep and opens to 160 cm; the manual Bellingham, Casillas, Devon and Mason are 110 cm deep and open to 150 cm. Leave clear floor in front of the sofa for the extended seat, and check your doorways and lift against each product page. You are welcome to bring your measurements to our showroom, and our team will help you plan the layout.
Choose one of the Eco-Series leathers: Eco-Lux, Eco-Tex or Eco-Prime. They are the only materials we call pet-friendly, they are scratch-resistant and water-resistant, and they clean with a damp cloth. Every sofa bed on this page is offered in them, and as our warranty notes, light everyday marks are normal wear.
Yes, on the electric versions of the Klara Sofa, Klara L-Shaped Sofa with electric extension, Anderson Sofa, Anderson L-Shape and Andrea, which offer the Smart Sofa option. It adds voice control and a USB charging port, so the sofa extends or returns on command. It is not offered on the Bellingham, Casillas, Devon, Mason, FuturaFlex or Flowerdale.
Son&Bear sofa beds and extendable sofas carry a three-year limited warranty on the frame structure and the movable mechanism.
