These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of Son&Bear Furnishings products, both online and in-store. By placing an order with Son&Bear Furnishings, you agree to these Terms.

Color and Design Variations:

Device Differences: Despite our efforts to provide accurate images of each product's color and design, actual colors and designs may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, lighting in the installation location, and other factors. We will not accept responsibility for any color or design differences that are not factory faults.

  2. Device Viewing: The reproduction of colors on images viewed on different devices (mobile screens, tablets, desktops) may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that the colors of your order will be an exact match to the product viewed online.

  3. Dye and Material Changes: Some colors portrayed online may vary due to slight changes in dye and materials that occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for these differences.

  4. Batch Production: Fabric production often occurs in batches, and slight variations in dye lots can lead to differences in color.

  5. Natural Materials: Natural fibers may absorb dyes differently, contributing to color discrepancies.

  6. Lighting and Viewing Conditions: Color perception can vary under different lighting conditions or when viewed against different backgrounds.

  7. Fabric Placement: Allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.

Shade and Tone Variations:

  1. Same Color Name: Just because products have the same color name (e.g., “Off-White”), it does not guarantee that the color is the same across all products and sizes. Changes in tone and material appearance may still occur.

  2. Personal Perception: Understand that people have different opinions on shades of color. A fabric that looks ‘Beige’ to one person may look like another tone or shade to another.

  3. Purchase Timing: If you purchase the same color items at different times, there may be some color differences. This happens because items may be manufactured from different dye lots, and the shade may differ due to the natural nature of wood or upholstery fibers.
