Customized, Final Sale, and Clearance Items Please note that we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations, or refunds for customized items, items marked as "Final Sale," or any form of clearance sale items, including display items and pre-order items.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis.
Refunds for Non-Customized Items For non-customized items, refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original invoice amount. Additionally, an additional 3% processing fee will apply for credit card refunds.
